Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Mitra Outreach, available at outreach.dfbmitra.com (the “Service”), operated by AppKPL Edtech India Private Limited (“we”, “our”). By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

The Service is available only to accounts we have approved in advance. Sign-in works exclusively through Google, and only approved Google accounts can access the workspace. If your access is revoked, you must stop using the Service.

3. What the Service does

The Service searches publicly available information about prospective business contacts, maintains a knowledge base you provide, and prepares personalised email drafts for your review. Drafts are suggestions prepared with the help of automated systems: you remain responsible for reviewing, approving and sending every email. The Service does not send bulk or unsolicited mass email on its own.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business outreach and to follow all laws that apply to you and your recipients, including anti-spam and data-protection rules in India and in any country where your recipients are located. You are responsible for making sure the people you contact have an appropriate basis for receiving your messages and for honouring opt-out requests.

You are also responsible for the content you upload to the knowledge base and the accuracy of the contact details you import, and you confirm you have the right to use anything you upload. You must not use the Service to mislead anyone, to send unlawful content, or to build or distribute bulk marketing lists.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google (sign-in and mailbox sending), email delivery providers, and artificial intelligence providers. Your use of those third-party services is additionally governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their actions or availability.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We aim to keep it running well, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that search results or drafts will always be accurate or complete, or that emails you send will be delivered or read. We may add, change or remove features, and may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date below shows the current version.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke access to the Service if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, if an account is no longer approved, or if use of the Service creates legal or security risk for us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppKPL Edtech India Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost business, lost prospects or undelivered messages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, if anything.

9. Contact and governing law

Questions about these terms can be sent to anurag@callforloans.com. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the location of our registered office will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
